This signature event will bring our community together for a day of impact, connection, and competition, all in support of LEVEL82’s mission to harness the power of collaboration to create safe spaces, provide resources, and empower families to reach their full potential.

Co-founded by Torrey and Chanel Smith, LEVEL82 is grounded in the pillars of Leadership, Education, Vision, Effort, and Love. The organization harnesses the power of collaboration to create safe spaces, provide resources, and empower families to reach their full potential. LEVEL82 serves people of all ages through academic support, athletics, enrichment activities, and social services. In addition to delivering direct programming, the organization partners with grassroots organizations to strengthen communities and advance equity.

While we know it will take HARD WORK, TIME, and the HELP of many others, we envision a society where regardless of the circumstances into which you are born, the neighborhood in which you are raised, the obstacles you must navigate, and the challenges you must overcome, ALL youth can access the tools they need to build a strong foundation for a life of success and purpose.

Safe Spaces

The Baltimore Ravens Boys & Girls Club at Hilton Recreation Center reflects Torrey and Chanel Smith’s deep commitment to West Baltimore. Through the vision of LEVEL82 and in partnership with the Baltimore Ravens, Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Baltimore, Baltimore City Recreation and Parks, Green Street Academy, and other community partners, the long-shuttered Hilton Recreation Center at 2950 Phelps Lane was transformed into a vibrant community hub.

Today the Club stands as a vibrant community hub where hundreds of children ages 6 to 18 engage in daily youth development programs.
